Yardi Ontario

The Ontario Add-In is designed to provide special tracking and reporting required by the Province of Ontario for residential rental managers, in accordance with the Ontario Tenant Protection Act (TPA). The Ontario Add-In tracks essential data to calculate residential rent increase, and produces the appropriate reports and Rent Increase Forms N1 and N2. In addition, it produces the Notice of Eviction for non-payment of Rent (form N4).
