Third-Party Vendor Interface Information

The following Yardi interfaces are XML data exchanges and MITS compliant (where applicable) and have specifications available to vendors who wish to map to Yardi's Interface Program.

1. Applicant Screening (MITS Compliant):
   • Points to login screen for Applicant Screening agency, user logs in and Applicant Screening company accepts login
   • Exports applicant data from Yardi
   • Displays screening report
   • Imports screening results (pass, fail, pass with conditions)
2. Billing and Payments (MITS Compliant):
• Transmits tenant's unit and lease information from Yardi
• Exports tenant balances from Yardi
• Exports utility information from Yardi
• Imports receipts and/or charges into Yardi
3. Payables:
• Exports the client's vendor table from Yardi
• Imports the client's vendor table in Yardi
• Exports utility information from Yardi
• Uploads payables to the Yardi client with or without check information
4. Internet Listing Service (ILS)/Guest Card (Pending MITS Standards Release):
• Export availability information
• Import initial guest card information
• Export guest and resident events
